Union, New Jersey may look like a sleepy little town stuck in a time warp -- but when it comes to celebrating it's 200 year Bicentennial the township doesn't play around.I stopped by the festivities with my wife and son, who was grooving to the sounds on stage. It's not often that you can dance in the middle of Stuyvesant Avenue without getting arrested. We had a great time.
